Coleman Funeral Home of Olive Branch On Monday, February 3, 2025, Frost Eugene Weikel, Jr. left this world for his heavenly reward after living a tremendous life of 61 years, 11 months, and 8 days (just 20 days shy of 62). Friends are invited to a visitation with the family on Friday, February 7, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with the service to follow at 11:00 a.m., all at Coleman Funeral Home. Pastor Jamar Andrews will be officiating. Interment will be at West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at a later date. Frost or “Frosty” as he was affectionately known by family and close friends, was born on February 23, 1963 to Frost (Sr.) and Pamella Rosenberger Weikel in Otis, Massachusetts. He was a 1981 graduate of Lee High School and later joined the United States Army where he served his country with honor and dignity. While stationed in Germany, Frosty married and from the union his son, David, was born. He would later be stationed at Fort Hood where David would grow up. In 1999, Frosty met the love of his life and soulmate, Patricia, and on January 16, 2001, the two would embark on their journey of wedded bliss. Their union brought Frost and David to Patricia, Patrick, Danielle, and Laura, all of whom loved him so much in the years they spent together as a family. Waiting for Frosty at his heavenly home was his father, Frost Weikel, Sr., and younger brother, Stephen Weikel. Frosty is survived by his wife of 24 years and 15 days, Patricia Weikel of Olive Branch, MS; sons, David Weikel (Trisha) of Copperas Cove, TX and Patrick McCullough of Dallas, TX; daughters, Danielle Bradley (Michael) of Jonesboro, AR and Laura Flowers (Larry) of Marion, AR; his grandchildren, Gavin and Bailey (David and Trisha), Kingsley (Danielle and Michael), and Sebastian, LJ, JC, and Bellamy (Laura and Larry); his mother, Pamella Weikel of Belchertown, MA; his brother, Brian Weikel (Cheryl) of Henniker, NH; and his sister, Beth Weikel Martin of Belchertown, MA. Also left to cherish Frosty’s memory are a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, former colleagues, and neighbors. In honor of Frost’s service to our country, the flag of the United States Army will be flown at Coleman Funeral Home on the day of his service.
